Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, I ship worldwide. You can find more information about the shipping process here.
Shipping is free from an order total of 50 euros and above. Read more here.
Shipping time is dependent on your country of residence. Standard shipping time is 5-8 business days within Germany, 5-14 business days within Europe and the UK, 5-8 business days to the US and 5-28 business days for all other countries. For more information, please visit the shipping page.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link for your parcel.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may occur. These include, amongst others, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties). Read more here.

To return your order, please use the corresponding form here and follow the instructions.
You can either pay via credit card (Visa, Amex), PayPal or Apple Pay.

All of my giclée posters are printed on thick and long lasting matte paper in museum quality (189 g/m²).
Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.
You can select a frame with your poster. Simply select your color and size option and add it to your basket. All original paintings come without a frame.
It is possible to add a personalized note when ordering original paintings. Simply send me an email with your message. It is not possible when ordering posters.

All of my original paintings are also available as prints, but of course there is only one original.
The smaller ones are painted on high-quality, mostly natural-white mixed-media paper. The larger ones are painted on canvases. Please refer to the respective product descriptions to learn more.
For all illustrations on paper, it is best to frame them. The glass will protect it from dust etc. The canvases are protected by an overcoat I apply. Please dust only lightly and never wet.
For lack of time, I’m afraid I can’t offer any custom works at the moment. But you can always keep an eye out for my original artworks. I frequently update the shop with new pieces. If you don’t want to miss out, subscribe to my newsletter.

You purchase them in my web shop and receive an email with the e-gift-cards. They include a code that can be used at checkout (by you or the person it was gifted to).
You can use them on everything that is available in my e-shop at that moment.
No, there is no expiration date on your e-gift cards.
