I'm Katharina Puritscher, an artist and illustrator based in Munich, Germany.

My work is best described as delicate and playful, with a strong Parisian flair — a lasting influence from my time living and working in Paris.

I love to romanticize everyday moments: a fresh bouquet, the view from a window, or the quiet joy of coffee, a croissant, and a good book. These little scenes often find their way into my paintings, gently exaggerated and full of charm.

I’m drawn to the richness of mixed media, which is why I love combining acrylics, watercolors, gouache, ink, and crayons in my creative process.

Lately, I’ve also been enjoying the possibilities of digital art — recreating the textures and layers I love on my iPad, and finding just as much joy in this modern, playful way of working.
